His developement plan was theorititically brilliant,but the basic flaw, was the lack of sustainable raw materials for the craft industry.

since at that stage they never accepted black guests, nor used blacks sbove domestic positions.
And were not wiling to do so.

What I respected him for thoughis introducing th elaws that prevented black Jamaican s from working in clerical and above positions. in government, and industry. (That is where they did the cult movie,smile Orange).

It would be nice if they renovate this hotel and employ workers. I used to work at the Jamintel station in Portmore long before all the housing projects started Edgewater, Bridgeport, etc. There is another project in the works for a 200-key high end hotel, exclusive residential units, retail, casino, golf and yacht clubs just outside of Kgn on 722 acres of land near the sea. I am wracking my brains and I cannot place where this place could be maybe St. Thomas? Right now it is confidential but the developers are repped out of a company in ATL with headquarters in Switzerland. My firm made a presentation and of course I was asked about the crime situation, etc. but meda glad ef we get the werk so that they can call back some of the workers who were laid off. It's a big project and would create employment for a lot of folks back home.

I just want to see them start developing up there. I came in posession of tyhem and want to know what they are doing with that hil,l. Other than using ot for a hiking trail. The section of beach west of Naggo's head, is supposed to be a part of a reserve. but they are in the process of developing lands around Caymanas park into alarge economic program. It could be tied with the Forum hotel as apart of a larger project. They will have to do domethingabout the crime in the area though.
Even in St thomas crime is a problem, to travelk through the Bull Bay areas.

The location of this project is still 'under wraps' but my boss mentioned something like 11 miles and grant's pen he wanted to know if I knew where these places were. 722 acres? that's a lot of land I just can't figure out where this place 'just outside of Kingston&quot; is. Do you think it could be the old Caymanas Estate? but is near the sea? This location is supposed to be sea side property.
